Now that the Eastern Sierra have had their Fall Colors, where next?

There are other locals besides the eastern Sierra that have beautiful colors, e.g. Yosemite Valley.  November, December are great times for shooting the valley.   Here are a set of photos from last year.    There are locations usually close to home, for these locations it may take some work to keep telephone lines out of the pics; try the local parks and see how they do.

Some places in the mountains such as Yosemite valley have much later colors  (the above pics were mid Nov.)  Another alternative is  going farther afield, the pic below is from Twin Falls, Idaho.
